1. Agreement

By subscribing to Fitora, you accept these terms. Fitora is operated from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India under FSSAI registration 21326131000217.

2. Service description

Fitora delivers freshly cooked meals on a daily subscription basis to serviceable pincodes in Thiruvananthapuram. Delivery runs Monday to Saturday — Sundays and public holidays may be excluded or rescheduled. Lunch is delivered before 1 PM and dinner before 8 PM.

3. Subscription & billing

  • Payments are processed upfront via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking)
  • Subscriptions are not auto-renewed — you must manually renew at the end of each cycle
  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST where applicable
  • Promotional pricing applies only to first-time customers unless stated otherwise

4. Pause, skip & cancellation

  • You may pause your subscription any day before 9 PM the previous day from your dashboard
  • Paused/skipped days are carried forward automatically — no meals are lost
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unused meals carry forward until consumed; refunds are issued only for unfulfilled meals that cannot be carried forward, at our discretion
  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is to the address registered on your account; multiple addresses can be added from the dashboard
  • Customers must be available to receive the meal or designate a safe drop-off location
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability, or locked premises are not refundable
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, civic disruption, or force majeure are not refundable

6. Food safety & allergens

Meals are prepared in an FSSAI-licensed kitchen. Allergen information is provided on each meal listing. Customers with severe allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood) must disclose them at signup and should consult a doctor before subscribing. Fitora cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free kitchen environment.

7. Account responsibilities

  • You must keep your account credentials secure
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
  • One account per household — sharing or reselling subscriptions is prohibited
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including recipes, photographs, branding, copy, and the Health Assessment — is the property of Fitora or used under licence. You may not reproduce or republish without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fitora's total liability for any claim arising from your subscription is limited to the amount paid for the affected billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are governed by Indian law and the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Customers are encouraged to contact fitorafood@gmail.com for amicable resolution before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
